To contribute an event on behalf of your institution, begin by entering the e-mail address of the person at your organization who will be a contact for more information about the entry. Once this contact information has been verified, you will be asked to key some specific information into a template. (You may find it helpful to create this information offline in a word-processed file and then cut and paste it into the template fields.) You will need to provide the following information:
- Title of the Event
- URL to more information about the Event
- Date the Event Starts
- Date the Event Ends
- Date you want the Event to be posted on the CHEMA Online Events Calendar
- Date you want the Event removed from the CHEMA Online Events Calendar
If you choose not to provide a date to remove the Event from the calendar, it will be automatically removed on the last day of your Event. If you provide a date that is after the last day of your Event, the Event will be removed on the last day of the Event anyway. Please use this feature only if you want the Event to be removed from the calendar before the Event has ended.
